  • We understand not every cleaning will be the same — each home, space, and location is different and those needs with be different as well. This is why we offer a free consultation with a team member so we can get you a fair and accurate quote. We want to ensure you have the space to have your requests heard!

  • It is up to you if you would like to be present during your cleaning. During your consultation, we will discuss entry instructions. Whatever you feel the most comfortable with is fine.

    As long as the Dream Team is able to get in to clean everything is all set. Please note if the team is not able to enter with the entry instructions, you are not home to allow the team in, or we are not able to connect you will be charged a lock-out fee.

  • Don’t worry! Our team is fully equipped with all the supplies we may need for your appointment.

    However, if you have your own supplies we are happy to use them if you’d like. We just ask that they be left out and easily accessible for our team.

  • Yes! While tips are not required - They are welcomed and encouraged. You can tip team the team before or after your appointment.

  • The policy establishes a 12-hour window post-service for submitting complaints. This timeframe aims to ensure timely resolution by allowing customers to address issues promptly after experiencing the service. Adhering to this limit helps maintain efficiency and responsiveness in handling complaints, fostering a better customer service experience.

  • At Sweet Dream, we aim to be flexible, but we do have a few rules. We value each and every one of our customers and understand life happens! Schedules change and some things can’t be predicted. We offer rescheduling options and have a breakdown of our cancellation policy.
