Cancellation Policy

At Sweet Dream, we aim to be flexible, but we do have a few rules. We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least the greatest possible notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Rescheduling

Clients will have the opportunity to move their cleaning date and time 24 hours prior to their scheduled session. We aim to get clients rescheduled as early as 1 week after their original appointment date, as slots fill up our rescheduling time does get pushed back as well.

Short Notice

50% Service Charge
Failure to reschedule with more than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% service charge including the deposit.

Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please call our office at 201-577-6541 as soon as you know your appointment will no longer work for you.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 36 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time.

The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file. All future missed/canceled appointments will incur a Full-Service Price Charge, not including the appointment deposit.
